1. Why am I asked to make a non-refundable deposit before my appointment is confirmed?  

Your $50 Desposit secures your appointment date and time. It will be applied to the total cost of services provided. In addition, your deposit also offers some form of compensation in case you decide to cancel your appointment or are a no-show. Please be advised that your deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances. ( if you can “NOT” make your Appointment or need to reschedule for any reason you will be charged additional deposit fee) No Exceptions!

 

2. Do you accept Credit Cards?

Unfortunately “NOT” at this time, We prefer “CASH ONLY”  Thank you in advance!

 

3. How far in advance should I book my appointment?

We recommend all New Clients schedule 1 month in Adavance.

 

4. Will you remind me of my appointment?

Yes. Your appointment will be confirmed 24 hours in advance. If you don’t receive a confirmation please call.

 

5.Where are you located?

The Closet is located in Los Angeles, California. You will be given our full address after your appointment has been scheduled and your deposit has been received. The Closet is A Very private  intimate  environment I take pride in Exclusivity, therefore only serious clients are welcomed!

 

6. What are your days of operations?

The Closet is open for appointments Tuesday – Saturday. We are closed Sunday and Monday. Any calls on off days will NOT be answered until the next working business day!

 

7. Do you allow walk-ins?

We do NOT allow walk-ins. All clients must call (323)393-0512 to schedule an appointment. Please visit our ‘New Client’ page for additional scheduling information.

 

8. Is it ok to be A little LATE?  

We know things happen! So we allotted a 20min Grace period. Anytime after will be charged a $25 LATE FEE Anything after 45 mins will be cancelled or rescheduled.

 

9. Can you tell me how much it will cost?

True to any service industry,  prices may vary by the needs of the guest.  While our salon does have set prices there are a variety of conditions that may affect the price. We suggest you call for an accurate quote.

 

10. Do you do natural hair? Do you Dye hair?

At this Time we only install No Hair Out WEAVES” We are a “NON CHEMICAL SALON” so please come “WASHED AND DRYED “before your hair appointment.

 

11. Do you sell hair?

Yes. We sell Amazing hair that mimics African American Hair To Perfection. But our hair is online “ONLY” we do “NOT” carry hair in salon, we ask that you purchase hair prior to your hair appointment. Click #CLOSET17 link to order hair today! 

 

12. How much hair will I need?

We recommend 3 BUNDLES for a natural look!  Anything after 3 bundles will be an additional $25 “” bundle!

 

13. STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that

Your appointments are very important to the The Closet, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

 Less than 24 hour notice will result in a $50 fee

– “NO SHOWS” will be charged a $50 Fee No Exception.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Salon policies are presented and provided in the best quality to give excellent servicing.

14. What do I need to bring to my Hair Appointment?

Your hair that will be installed and YOUR PRETTY LITTLE SELF!
